JudgeHi everyone, I have a question about "Custom fields" with current MantisBT Version.10:17
JudgeI have defined two Custom fileds of Type "Radio". I have defined two possible choices like "Yes|No" and they are displayed fine. But if I enter "No" into the "Default Value" and set the field to not be displayed while reporting, this default isn't set. How Do I set this field's default without it being displayed while reporting?10:21
jreeseJudge: if I remember correctly, I don't think you can10:57
Judgejreese: Nevermind, that is a clear status I can work with :) Thank you!10:58
jreeseyou're welcome10:58

fraggelnDoes anyone know if there is an ircbot that can relay information from mantis to a channel?10:59
jreesefraggeln: https://github.com/jreese/supybot-mantis10:59
fraggelnwoot!11:01
fraggelnjreese: If it works, I will kiss you :)11:01
jreeseI know it works, it just requires a bit of setup and potential tweaking to the SOAP API configuration11:01
jreese:)11:02
jreeseI actually run it on a private IRC server/channel, so it definitely works11:02
fraggelni will just setup mantis and I will come and cry for help if I fuck up :)11:06

asm89ah lol11:10
asm89i didn't knew about that bot11:10
asm89:<11:10
asm89ah you need mantisconnect, that's paid?11:10
jreeseno, it's included with mantis 1.211:11
asm89ah cool11:11
fraggelnjreese: is there a readme or howto somewhere?11:12
jreesefraggeln: unfortunately not, basic idea is to set up supybot, add in supybot-mantis as a plugin, create a user account in mantis for the bot to connect with, configure the bot with the url and account info, and it should work from there11:13
fraggelnjreese: Error: No module named SOAPpy :)11:13
jreesealthough depending on the access level of the account you made, you may need ot update the soap/api/config to allow access to it11:13
jreeseI gotta go to lunch, sorry, bbiab11:14

fraggelnjreese: I got it to work with the public mantis, but not with my own :)11:26
fraggelnjreese: woot! it works :)11:33
fraggelnat least I can query the bot, but should the bot announce to a chan when a new bug is submitted?11:33
*** Quits: giallu (~giallu@fedora/giallu) (Ping timeout: 244 seconds)11:53
jreesefraggeln: it's supposed to, but I've noticed sometimes that you need to reload the module in supybot to get that functioning, for whatever reason12:30
fraggelnjreese: I will try to reload it, is there anyway to enable debug or so, so I can see if it even tries to trigger something?12:37
jreesefraggeln: I'm not sure12:37
fraggelnjreese: not needed, it worked after a reload12:38
fraggeln18:37:50 < Mr_J> New bug: .....12:38
fraggelnexcelent!12:38
jreeseok12:38
jreesethere's probably some sort of bootstrop code it needs, but I didn't write it, and I'm not familiar enough with writing supybot modules to know12:38
fraggelnanyway, it works, thank you very much for your help mate12:39
jreeseyou're welcome12:39
